Urashima is a yokozuna ranked sumo wrestler from Wano's Flower Capital and a member of the samurai class, which lends him lofty social standing. A minor antagonist of the Wano arc, he is the younger brother of Sukune and was humbled by Luffy after harassing Kiku.
Enormous and towering, Urashima has plump rosy cheeks, a downturned nose, narrow eyes, a creased brow, small ears, and a double chin. His pink hair was tied into a topknot flanked by a braid on each side until Kiku sliced the knot away during his attempt to seize her. Indigo tattoos run along both forearms, the left one trailing to his hip. Outside the ring he favors a large pale green samurai gi patterned with flower crests and squares, with geta on his oddly tiny feet and two katana at his left hip, while a dark purple mawashi is all he wears for matches.
Brimming with conceit thanks to his elevated rank, Urashima believes his status entitles him to do as he pleases to those beneath him, whom he regards with open contempt. He loudly belittles commoners who irritate him and turns brutal toward anyone who dares challenge his honor, sparing not even a woman. Easily steered by flatterers who egg him on, such as Mouseman, he indulges every whim, once demanding that restaurant owners cook their beloved pet raccoon dog simply because he fancied the meat. His pride extends into the ring, where he is happy to slip in illegal moves, as when he tried to gouge at Luffy's eyes.
Standing as both a samurai and a national athlete, Urashima holds high rank and wealth in Wano, able to order around or even kill lower class citizens without legal consequence. As a yokozuna, the topmost sumo rank, he is a formidable and skilled wrestler whose strength has been called almost inhuman, capable of hurling heavy opponents great distances and shattering their bones. He once downed nineteen men in a single bout and took out three wrestlers at once while distracted, though his ability falls well short of Kawamatsu, Wano's strongest. His core style is harite, slapping foes about the face with open palms backed by raw power, and despite his bulk he moves fast and strikes in quick succession.
His named techniques include Higan Harite, a single open palm blow strong enough to fling most opponents from the ring, Bosatsu Harite, a barrage of palm strikes from every angle, Mimi Tsubushi, where he claps his palms together to trap an enemy's head, and the illegal Me Tsubushi eye jab. During the Wano arc he relentlessly courted Kiku, who rejected him and cut off his topknot at a Bakura Town tournament. Enraged, he tried to attack her, but Luffy intervened, matched his harite in a sumo clash, and ultimately sent him flying out of the ring into Holed'em's house.
