Furishiro is an aging man, bald-headed, with a long gray beard and a clipped mustache. He dresses in a red kimono set off by a gold-trimmed stole and strings of beads around his neck.
Though his job is to broker weapon production, Furishiro grows uneasy when anyone calls him "evil." Beneath the role he quietly chafes at the state of Wano, and at the Fire Festival he wept while finally voicing how he truly felt. He is perceptive enough to sense when someone is watching him.
Furishiro sat down with the weapons merchant Akudai Kanzaburo to hand over the latest list of orders. Mid-meeting the two caught Nami and Shinobu eavesdropping through the ceiling and gave chase after the kunoichi with naginata, Furishiro even thrusting his blade up through the wooden boards.
