Overview

Structured as a pirate alliance, the pact ties together a trio of captains. Mont Blanc Cricket leads alongside the two brothers he brought up, the 'Salvage King' Masira and the 'Sonar King' Shoujou. Uniting them also merges the two crews each brother commands, namely the Shoujou Pirates together with the Masira Pirates. Every captain raises his own banner, and Cricket's chestnut flag serves to represent the coalition as a whole.

Role

A deep loyalty binds the three together. Masira's crew excels at lifting sunken ships, working a huge cymbal-clapping monkey statue that lowers into the water and raises wrecks with blasts of air. Shoujou's people locate buried objects by echolocation, their captain bellowing into a microphone while divers interpret the returning sounds. Holding Noland's logbook, Cricket now and then dove Jaya's waters himself in search of any trace of Shandora. They regarded ships that sank near Cricket's home as territory of their own.

Notable Members

Cricket presides as the senior captain. The alliance formed once his first crew walked out on him over his effort to clear the name of his ancestor Noland, at which point Masira and Shoujou, both devoted to Noland's storybook, showed up to join the hunt. Though Bellamy thrashed them, they still fixed up the Going Merry, and they celebrated when Luffy's ringing of Shandora's golden bell proved the city was real. Long after, they kept up their hunt for the Island of Dreams, known as Nakrowa.
