Milky Arrow

Item

Milky Arrows are the cloud-spewing projectiles fired by the White Berets of Skypiea. Tipped with Milky Dials, they trail streams of cloud when loosed and, fired in volleys, hem a target in while the Berets surf the clouds on their Jet Skis.

Overview

Milky Arrows are the ammunition of the White Berets, the enforcement squad serving God's army in Skypiea. At a glance they pass for ordinary arrows, the difference being their heads, which are light-red conical-spiral Milky Dials rather than standard points.

Function

Launched from a bow, each Milky Arrow spins out a spiraling stream of cloud. Fired together in large numbers, the arrows throw up a dense web of cloud barriers that pen a target in and choke off their movement. The White Berets then exploit those streams, riding their Jet Skis across the cloud trails to disorient opponents and leave them exposed for capture.

Notable Users

The arrows are the equipment of the White Berets, who used them against Monkey D. Luffy. By weaving the cloud streams into obstacles and surfing them, the Berets turned the arrows into a tool for confusing and corralling intruders rather than for dealing direct damage.
