Titled "Loki in the Underworld," this chapter has Luffy haggling with Loki, jailed six years, who dangles secrets about Shanks. Elsewhere the crew flees Road, Hajrudin readies a feast, and word reaches Robin that Saul has fallen.
Overjoyed to finally stand within Elbaph, Luffy babbles about the giants he glimpsed aboard the Great Eirik until an annoyed Loki orders him to hush, since standing before a self-styled Sun God demands silence. Loki's listing carries a special World Government bounty set at 2.6 billion belly. He lays out his bind: bound for six years to the manga's sturdiest known tree, Treasure Tree Adam, his Devil Fruit powers smothered by Seastone cuffs. He offers Luffy a bargain, that freeing him would have the pirate wipe out a rival crew of Loki's pick, warning that the surrounding Underworld beasts, each loyal to him, would otherwise tear the intruder apart.
Robed captives, humans defeated and sentenced here, don reeking garments to fend off those beasts. The mention of Shanks pricks Luffy's attention, and he calmly subdues the beasts on his own, astonishing all present. When Loki taunts him by calling Shanks a coward, a furious Luffy shifts into Gear Fourth and swings, only for Loki to twist his head clear. Loki claims it was a jest, privately vowing to kill Luffy the instant he is loose, while Luffy snaps that he must never joke that way again. Loki then refuses to explain the Shanks visit for free.
Elsewhere, Zoro's group scales the rope bridge as Usopp spots Road in flight, trailed by Gerd and Goldberg, the latter clutching the Sunny. Usopp argues Zoro out of a fight, urging they reach the nearest village instead. Hajrudin and Stansen bring down a giant moose to feed the crew. On the Great Eirik, a nervous Brook finishes cutting Robin's hair to match her look from two years earlier, the very style she wore when she first met Saul, which leaves Franky, Oimo, and Kashii nostalgic. As the ship draws up to Elbaph, a far-off giant shouts that Saul has collapsed and cannot rise. Loki's special 2.6 billion bounty and six-year imprisonment are both confirmed, and the giant tree is identified as Treasure Tree Adam.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...
Luffy's calm before the Underworld beasts, which call to mind his training on Rusukaina, shows how little they unnerve him. Robin's new haircut is deliberately staged to set up her looming reunion with Saul. The cover continues the Yamato pilgrimage serial in pursuit of the sword thief.
Loki offers to tell Luffy everything he knows about Shanks if Luffy frees him from his Seastone chains, in exchange demanding that Luffy wipe out a rival crew of Loki's choosing.
