Luffy savors the moose meat Hajrudin hunted as Jarul praises the catch. The elder tells Luffy that humans rarely reach Elbaph's Sun World, usually fleeing the Underworld's beasts in terror. Usopp boasts of beating Oars, a giant legend, while the giants marvel at Jinbe's skin and Brook's living skeleton. Sanji swoons over the giant women, who dub him a cutie. Nami is surprised so few giants sail, just as Gerd forces Road to apologize, Road oddly enjoying the abuse. Zoro warns that without Usopp, Road would be dead, and even Gerd grants Zoro leave to kill him for any repeat.

Road claims he only chased the shared dream of becoming the Sun God and ruling the world, sparking a brawl as giants argue whether the Sun God is liberator, destroyer, or trickster. Jarul explains Elbaph's scripture, Harley, can no longer be fully translated, but it records the world being destroyed twice, each time linked to Nika, whose arrival heralds great change and so terrifies those in power. Luffy connects this to Bonney's words on Egghead and to being called Nika in Gear Fifth, without yet grasping the tie to his Devil Fruit. Zoro and Nami agree to help Luffy obtain the keys to Loki's restraints, revealing Luffy's deal: Loki will share everything about Shanks in exchange for freedom. The cloaked intruders are confirmed as members of the Knights of God, the woman named Gunko, and their offer for Loki to join is rejected over the group's World Noble status. The lore of Nika and the scripture Harley is expanded.

Jarul recounts that Loki's birth coincided with Big Mom accidentally killing the queen Jorul, after which Elbaph suffered disasters, layering tragedy onto the prince's legend. The cover continues the Yamato pilgrimage serial with a mysterious base deep in Udon.
