Carrying the title "Mr. Prince," this chapter has Sanji con Crocodile out of the casino with a staged decoy chase, then drop the only bridge so that he and a freshly freed Vivi can reach the caged crew without any interference at all.
Speaking through a Den Den Mushi under the alias Mr. Prince, Sanji taunts Crocodile and sells him a fabrication: that one of the Millions has overpowered him and that the fight is taking place outside the building. Vivi attempts to flee but Crocodile cuts her off, vowing to bring Mr. Prince's body to the imprisoned crew as a goodbye present before he heads out, though she does eventually break free of the room.
Once outside, Crocodile discovers his Millions strewn about in defeat and pieces together that the elusive Mr. Prince did it. Catching sight of someone darting away, he takes the runner for his quarry and gives chase, oblivious to the fact that the fleeing figure is a disguised Chopper.
With Crocodile drawn off, Sanji reveals the truth behind the ruse. He had never left the casino, and he tears down the bridge linking it to the rest of Rainbase. When Vivi panics that the wreckage seals her in, Sanji, idling at the slot machines, observes that it just as surely keeps every enemy out. He invites her to guide him to the cage so the two of them can at last release the prisoners.
The chapter solidifies the Mr. Prince bluff as a tag-team performance between Sanji and Chopper. Its Animal Theater cover finds Zoro lounging in a snow-dusted hot spring, enjoying fruit and wine among a troop of macaques.
