Summary

When the smoke from Nami's lightning clears, Kalifa emerges unharmed from a dissolving egg-shaped shell. Nami pieces together that her foe ate the Awa Awa no Mi, a soap fruit that lets her conjure bubbles from anywhere on her body. Kalifa wraps herself in a Soap Sheep and launches Hitsuji-gumo at Nami, the bubbles sapping the navigator's strength just as the earlier bath floor had. A few brushes of soap leave Nami's legs too slick to stand, anything Kalifa touches turning smooth and shiny.

Across the way, the rampaging Chopper hammers Kumadori into the floor again and again, then hauls his unconscious body to the balcony and hurls him toward the neighboring building. Franky recognizes the beast's hat as Chopper's own, but the monster simply tries to crush him. Kumadori's limp form crashes down among the agents in the square below.

In the undersea passage, Spandam berates Robin and orders Lucci to drag her along toward the Bridge of Hesitation and the Gates of Justice beyond. A distant voice calls Robin's name, unsettling Spandam, and she smiles. Lucci stays behind as Luffy kicks through a set of doors into a storage room, where Lucci greets him at last.
