The 764th chapter, White Monster, exposes Corazon as a Marine spy who can speak, sets him on a hospital-to-hospital search for Law's cure, and reveals the prejudice that crushes the dying boy.
Stunned that Corazon can talk, Law learns the man has fooled his own brother into believing him mute. To muffle the boy's shouting, Corazon seals them inside a soundproof field, the gift of the Nagi Nagi no Mi, admitting his clumsiness alone was always genuine. He confesses he never regarded the crew as comrades and exists only to rein in his brother's evil, recalling how a young Doflamingo, hung by an angry mob, swore to slaughter everyone who had hurt him. Calling his brother a monster born without fear, Corazon begs Law not to follow the same road.
Corazon explains the Will of D., a name passed in secret and branded the natural enemy of the World Nobles, and names Vergo as the first Corazon, already buried inside the Marines and seeking a transfer to G-5. Law refuses to leave and bolts back toward Doflamingo, tossing Corazon into the trash, yet keeps the secret to repay the man for covering his earlier stabbing. Doflamingo soon discovers Corazon has spirited Law away by letter to hunt for a cure. A phone call reveals Corazon's real name, Rosinante, and his true rank as a Marine commander reporting to Admiral Sengoku. The pair tour hospital after hospital, every doctor recoiling at the Flevance survivor and refusing him, until a nurse brands Law a white monster. Enraged, Corazon levels the clinic. After six months of rejection, Law overhears Corazon weeping that the boy's pain moved him to compassion, and at last begins to trust him, calling him Cora-san.
Corazon's deception, his Nagi Nagi no Mi, and his post as a Marine commander spying on the Donquixote crew are all laid out, with his cruelty toward children revealed as a ploy to drive the young recruits off. Vergo is confirmed as the original holder of the heart seat. Tsuru's warship, marked with the crane kanji, joins the pursuit. The color-spread cover shows the Straw Hats fishing above a waterfall, and the chapter sits in the Dressrosa Arc.

When I first decided to commit to watching One Piece seriously, I knew I was embarking on one of anime's longest and most beloved series. With over 100...

The transformation everyone knows, the follow-up question nobody would touch. Why we made a smooth R&B track about the golden glow Dragon Ball never talks about....
Corazon has fooled his own brother Doflamingo into thinking he cannot speak, using his Nagi Nagi no Mi to seal off sound so no one hears him talk, including Law at first.
Corazon is revealed to be Donquixote Rosinante, a Marine commander secretly reporting to Admiral Sengoku while spying inside the Donquixote Pirates.
Every doctor Corazon and Law visit recoils at Law's condition as a Flevance survivor and refuses to help him, with one nurse even branding him a white monster, which enrages Corazon into leveling the clinic.
After six months of hospitals turning Law away, he overhears Corazon weeping that the boy's suffering moved him to compassion, and Law begins calling him Cora-san.
Corazon reveals that Vergo was the first to hold the Corazon position, already embedded within the Marines and seeking a transfer to G-5.
