Summary

Minatomo scolds Franky for slacking to ogle Komurasaki, then casually recalls pawning off the blueprints of Kaidou's mansion. Enraged, since those plans were the only reason he took the job, Franky attacks his boss, brawls with the other carpenters, and gets fired without protest. Tracking the documents, he finds Kanjuro posing as a fishmonger, mocks the disguise, and shares what he learned. The trail runs through a pawnbroker to Kumagoro, then a landlord named Kobe, his favorite geisha Kisegawa, and a chain of further hands, until a man named Rakuda reveals a thief from Kuri stole them with his face concealed. Franky relays this to Kin'emon, who ponders the culprit's identity, while Inuarashi confirms the minks planted a card framing the mountain bandits for their thefts.

They near the Flower Capital and the small Okobore Town. At the castle, Orochi meets CP0, who must now negotiate directly with Wano since Doflamingo's fall removed their middleman. Mocking their helplessness, Orochi notes Wano's self-sufficiency and, after once receiving battleships, demands they deliver Dr. Vegapunk. When an agent calls it impossible, Orochi shoots another and sprouts dragon heads, declaring he fears no World Government power because Kaidou backs him. He later feasts, fawning over Komurasaki, and announces the Fire Festival is a week away.
