Apollo is an artificial esper who works as an agent for Tsukuyomi, an organization devoted to psychic research. Cold and methodical, he battles Tatsumaki in a botched attempt to snatch the jailed Psykos out of Hero Association custody.
Standing at an ordinary height with an unremarkable frame, Apollo has pale hair and oversized eyes whose pupils shrink to pinpricks. Crossing his brow sideways is a star-and-cross emblem, the detail that draws the eye first. He favors strict formalwear. A dark shirt printed to look like outer space anchors the outfit, worn under a plain white necktie; white gloves cover his hands, dark trousers and matching dress shoes finish the legs, and a belt sits at his waist. He debuted behind a plain white mask, grinning wide and bearing the same star-and-cross marking found on his forehead.
Shrewd and hard to rattle, Apollo schemes several steps ahead and rarely loses his footing. His knack for improvisation surfaces when he traps a group in a basement, smashes the cameras, and lets Demon-level monsters loose to cover up their disappearance. Toward natural-born espers he holds open contempt, convinced the lot of them should be wiped out. Yet he stays grounded about his own limits; the moment a fight tilts against him, he leans on a contingency arranged beforehand and feels no shame about dirty tricks that let him outmatch stronger foes. Genuine cruelty runs beneath it all, and he places no value on anyone's life once they obstruct him.
Details of Apollo's past are scarce, but while fighting him Tatsumaki remarks that artificial espers have improved, implying he was reinforced over the years, possibly to withstand poison that ought to have dropped him at once. He shows up at Hero Association headquarters under the pretext of negotiating a trade and is led to Psykos's cell. The moment she senses his tie to Tsukuyomi, Psykos wakes and lashes out telekinetically, only for Apollo to bat the attack aside and ready himself to haul her away. Saitama, Fubuki, and the rest of the Blizzard Group then arrive, and when Tatsumaki drops in to crush Psykos, Fubuki and Apollo move to guard her.
Thrown into a wall and told to clear off, he bounces back sooner than expected, wrecks the cameras, and plunges into a brutal exchange that tears open the floor beneath Saitama. Backed into a corner, he remotely sets off a sleeping pill Fubuki had taken, threatening a second capsule laced with poison to make Tatsumaki stand down, then wads her into a ball and frees a swarm of Demon-level monsters to silence every witness. His mole inside the Blizzard Group surfaces, yet Saitama wipes out the whole swarm in one blow. Tatsumaki pulls the toxin into a slim needle and rams it through both his hands and into one eye, astonished it does not finish him, before locking him in a ball of rubble. Even so, Apollo and his partner burrow out, escape by car, and he stitches himself back together with a syringe while swearing to get even. His combat repertoire runs on high-grade psychokinesis: he flies, throws up psychic barriers, and lands a telekinetic Psychic Strike to the neck able to knock a target cold from range.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
