Appearance
Muscle lives up to his name as an enormously built man, the tallest member of the Heavenly Ninja Party. Dark hair tops a face marked with two painted stripes across the cheeks, and he dresses in a collared vest lined with chest pockets, dark gloves, and shorts.
Personality
Like the rest of the Heavenly Ninja Party, Muscle brims with confidence in his own skills. He readily teams up with other Ninja Village graduates to improve their odds of killing Flash, whom he loathes for razing the village, and for all the hardship he endured there he still upholds its laws.
History
Muscle came out of the Ninja Village's 40th graduating class, nicknamed 'Rigid,' and later fell in with the Heavenly Ninja Party. When the group corners Speed-o'-Sound Sonic at his hideout to force his help in tracking down Flash and Blast, Muscle is among them, and he flaunts his power on introduction by smashing straight through a wall. The ninjas soon crash the duel between Sonic and Flash, meaning to kill them both; in the melee Muscle shatters Flash's sword with a single punch of his Shattering Fist, strikes Sonic hard enough to send him flying and coughing blood, and even lands a hit on the real Sonic amid a blur of his afterimages.
The fight ends abruptly when Blast steps in and downs the entire party. Muscle then watches Byakko and Genbu appear and fall to Blast and Empty Void, and after comparing notes with the other ninjas he grasps Saitama's strength and resolves to shadow him.
