Dark

A mohawk tops Dark's head, and a hooded jacket covers a lean, well-muscled frame. Small horns rise from his skull, while pointed spikes jut from his shoulders, elbows, and knees. His ears taper to points above a sharp nose, and his mouth hides jagged, blade-like teeth over clawed fingers. For all these monstrous traits, he passes so easily as a person that neither Darkshine nor the crowd around him ever recognizes him as a Mysterious Being.

At first Dark carries himself with bold self-assurance, openly announcing his goal of standing as the greatest monster ever to exist. That bravado collapses once he measures himself against Superalloy Darkshine and grasps that even the hero's admirers outclass him. Humbled, he abandons the dream and settles for a calm, unremarkable life.

Dark began life as a human, passing his days in gloom and simmering resentment until his body abruptly transformed and turned monstrous. Chasing infamy, he targets a fan gathering hosted by an S-Class hero, meaning to slip in among the crowd and strike by surprise. When he balks at joining the queue, one attendee seizes his arm with a grip he cannot escape, and a second pins him just as easily, leaving him convinced they must be heroes in disguise. They are, in fact, devoted followers of Superalloy Darkshine, and they peel off their shirts to flaunt physiques far bulkier than his own. Darkshine himself asks the shaken monster his favorite animal; told 'bunny,' the hero folds a frying pan into a rabbit shape and hands it over. Crushed, Dark slips away, later crossing paths with Saitama, who simply checks whether he is alright.

His mutation did leave him unusually strong for a former human, enough to twist an iron pan as though it were paper, yet that power falls well short of the Dragon-level threat he once boasted of matching, as shown by how the passionate fans overpowered him with ease.
