A ninja assassin of the Ninja Village, Destructive Devastation trained in the same 42nd class as Violent Force and later enlisted with the Heavenly Ninja Party, a faction pledged to the shadowy figure they call "That Man." He wields twin clubs and hunts the life of Flashy Flash.
For battle, Destructive Devastation straps on a suit of layered metal plating, with reinforced guards shielding his shoulders, chest, waist, and upper legs. His hair is cropped and black, and his complexion is pale.
Like his fellow Heavenly Ninja Party members, he carries himself with assurance about his own skill. He is content to team up with other Ninja Village alumni, reasoning that greater numbers improve the odds of bringing down Flash.
Destructive Devastation graduated from the Ninja Village in its 42nd class, a cohort nicknamed Merciless, the same group that produced Violent Force. He eventually signed on with the Heavenly Ninja Party to serve their master, Empty Void. His training grants him speed and reflexes well beyond an ordinary person, and he fights as a practiced ninja using a pair of clubs.
When the party moved against Speed-o'-Sound Sonic, it laid out a plan for global control and a resolve to kill both Flash and Blast. After the group broke up the duel between Sonic and Flash and branded Sonic a traitor, Blast arrived and crushed them all. In the webcomic version of events, Devastation died in that clash. In the manga continuity he survives with the others, marvels at Saitama's strength, fails to recruit him as their new leader, and settles for trailing him instead.
