History
During the Neo Heroes Uprising, Dr. Grumpy Pervert and his fellow name-hating heroes call on the Hero Association's A-City headquarters and pull Saitama into their ranks, pointing to his codename as the silliest in all of A-Class. The group later marches to the edge of A-City with a sign full of demands, but a warning of five Dragon-level monsters cuts the rally short. When the machine Mirror attacks the headquarters, the whole association rushes in with Saitama at their side. They reach Mirror first and are beaten back with ease, and Grumpy Pervert watches Saitama end the robot in a single strike after it makes the mistake of using his loathed hero name. In a fight he closes the gap and swings a scalpel as his weapon of choice.
