Appearance
In his human guise he is a fair-skinned man with light brown hair combed back, a trim beard, and large round sunglasses, dressed in a dark purple suit over a frill-sleeved pale shirt with a pair of white scarf ties and rings crowding his fingers. Once transformed, he becomes a pink anthropomorphic fish decked out in black bondage gear.
Personality
His greed looks like the whole of him at first, but it hides a deeper urge to tear apart nearly everything within his reach.
History
Driven to buy up every shop in Z-City, he runs his crime ring out of Saitama's former apartment block. Saitama uncovers the operation and thrashes his underlings, and when the hero comes to confront him, the enraged loan shark triggers his change into the monstrous Fish of Darkness. He fights with a whip he snaps in rapid succession and even spits ballgag-shaped eggs from his mouth, but the instant he hears about the bounty on his head, his nerve breaks. Saitama, freshly fired up by the reward money, finishes him off in short order and hands him over to the police.
