Fubuki

Fubuki is a curvaceous young woman with fair skin and dark green hair that hangs straight to chin length in a fringed bob. Her eyes shift between jade and mint, and she favors a touch of pale pink gloss. Her signature outfit is a fitted, high-collared V-neck dress in deep royal green, usually worn under a long white fur coat and finished with black thigh-high heeled boots, plus strings of white pearls. After cooling Genos's overheating core with her bare hands, the contact seared jagged, burst-shaped scars across both palms.

To outsiders Fubuki comes across as cold, ambitious, and self-assured, aware enough of her limits to avoid reckless moves. She guards her spot atop B-Class fiercely, courting powerful newcomers like Saitama to join her Blizzard Group and, when refused, moving to crush them, a tactic common among aspiring professional heroes. Underneath that confidence festers an inferiority complex rooted in living beneath her far stronger sister Tatsumaki. Convinced she can climb into A-Class but never top it, she gathered a squad of lower-ranked heroes, betting on strength in numbers where her solitary sister relies on none.

For all her insecurity, a genuine heroic streak runs through her. She threw herself into danger to buy Bang and Bomb time to escape Overgrown Rover, and later saved Genos from self-destruction at a heavy cost to her own body. Her charisma binds the Blizzard Group to her, their loyalty repaid by her real devotion to them. Meeting Saitama reshapes her outlook, pushing her to confront her fears and aim higher, and it deepens her resolve to gather strong allies so she can one day stand beside Tatsumaki and pull her out of isolation. Sharp, composed, and deeply intelligent, she nonetheless lets her ego chase authority and status, often claiming strangers for her group whether they agree or not.

Fubuki stands as the strongest member of both her group and her class, and she insists she could hold a high rank in A-Class. Physically she is unremarkable, with her true power resting entirely in her mind. As an esper she wields formidable psychokinesis: she can raise protective barriers, levitate and fly in short bursts, strengthen or even heal the organic bodies of her allies, suppress runaway heat, and reach her sister through telepathy. She once blocked a Dragon-level monster's attack outright, though the strain left her spent and bleeding from the eyes.

In combat she hurls rocks, pebbles, and debris with graceful, punishing precision, always wrapped in a glowing blue aura. Her signature Hell Storm traps a target inside a rock-laden tornado, while Psychic Binding locks enemies in place and her webcomic-era Psychic Whirlwind deflects attacks far stronger than her own. She also resists mental domination, having broken free of Do-S's mind control, and her keen intellect lets her read tangled situations that leave others lost. When all else fails, she has even resorted to a simple box cutter as an improvised blade.
