Blizzard Group

Three figures cross into an emptied stretch of Z-City, revealed as the top-ranked B-Class heroes Fubuki, Eyelashes, and Mountain Ape, all converging on a chosen target. At Saitama's apartment, Genos shares that the pair have been bumped up to B-Class Rank 7 for Saitama and S-Class Rank 14 for himself. Though Saitama never filed his own reports, witnesses did it for him, leading Genos to believe his master is at last earning recognition. Sensing something approaching at unnatural speed, Genos slips outside so as not to disturb Saitama and finds Speed-o'-Sound Sonic, who recalls their earlier encounter. Sonic announces he has come to battle Saitama as his rival, which provokes Genos into a standoff, while inside Saitama overwrites a save file on King's handheld console, which he pocketed from King's apartment.

Twenty minutes later the three B-Class heroes reach Saitama's door, Eyelashes shouting for him to come out. Fubuki introduces herself, but Saitama is unmoved. She lays out the factions within the Hero Association and pressures him to fall in line beneath her. His refusal spurs Eyelashes and Mountain Ape to attack, and both are put down at once.

Fubuki, Eyelashes, and Mountain Ape move to recruit Saitama. Genos reveals the pair's new ranks and encounters Sonic, who challenges Saitama again. Fubuki pressures Saitama to join her faction, and when he refuses her two subordinates attack and are swiftly beaten.

This Volume 9 chapter begins the Blizzard Group Arc and adapts across Episodes 13 and 14, with Fubuki as the cover character. The Viz edition titles it The Blizzard Bunch. It corresponds to Chapter 47 of the webcomic and was released on January 5, 2015.
