Gasmask Cowboy

Standing at roughly average height, Gasmask Cowboy dresses in a full cowboy outfit and keeps a gas mask fixed over his face.

Little has been established about his character. What is clear is that he tends to operate alongside other heroes rather than striking out on his own, leaning on combined effort when danger rises. He also went out of his way to caution Mumen Rider that a monster was beyond the reach of C-Class fighters.

Gasmask Cowboy first turns up in the Rumored Monster Arc, chatting with other heroes about a reported threat and setting out for Z-City to investigate after it downed Golden Ball and Spring Mustachio, only to arrive once Saitama had already dealt with it. During the Sea Monster Arc he and other C-Class heroes cross paths with Mumen Rider bound for J-City and warn him that the monster outclasses their rank. In the Monster Association Arc he gathers with the crowd of heroes in the ruins of Z-City Ghost Town once Tatsumaki upends the area, and their debate over the depowered Garou is cut off when King steps into the trial. He later answers the alarm at the A-City headquarters during Tatsumaki's underground clash with Apollo in the Psychic Sisters Arc, and after watching Tanktop Master in action he joins Hyottoko and Studless in requesting entry into the Tank Topper Army. In battle he binds Mysterious Beings with a lasso and carries a revolver for marksmanship, and the extra chapters show him arriving late to McCoy's summons in Pork Cutlet Bowl and competing as entry fifteen in the Hero Costume Contest. Away from hero work, he is said to raise skunks.
