Dark hair rises from his scalp in three sharp points, while thick tufts sprout beneath his nose like an exaggerated mustache. His only garment is a plain pale loincloth wrapped at the waist, the very feature that inspired the name the Hero Association gave him.

Few details of his temperament have surfaced, but he comes across as combative and quick to throw a punch. He lives by some unstated honor code and takes visible pride in it, looking down on villains who follow no such principle of their own.

Sitch rates him as nearly S-Class in raw combat skill, and his physical feats back that assessment.
