Lily

Lily is a fair-skinned teenage girl with eyes of a bluish purple. Her long black hair draws the most attention, gathered into a high ponytail with a fringe draped over the right half of her face, marked by a single pale blue streak and crowned with a white lily blossom. She dresses in the standard business suit shared by the rest of the Blizzard Group. In her earlier design she wore a ribbon in place of the flower and had no colored streak.

Devotion to Fubuki defines Lily. She idolizes her leader and stays unwaveringly loyal, going so far as to pick up overnight shifts to help the group scrape together money for a car. She treats hero duty with real seriousness, yet a rash streak occasionally gets the better of her, as when she charges a small Seafolk fighter and nearly catches a faceful of its acid.

Lily first appears in the background of the Blizzard Group's early cases, on hand when Eyelashes briefs the team about the ruined Z-City ghost town and the fallout from the clash with Kombu Infinity. When the monster Do-S seizes control of the local heroes, Lily and her comrades initially back Dynamite Man, the lone fighter still in his right mind, before she too falls under the enemy's sway and turns on Fubuki with the others. The rampage ends only when Tatsumaki storms in and hurls the brainwashed heroes into a wall, ignoring her sister's protests.

Hearing later of the brutal war between the Hero and Monster Associations in Z-City, the Blizzard Group checks out of the hospital to rush to Fubuki's side, though Lily's calls to her go unanswered. During the Neo Heroes era the team tags along to see Psykos and even plows their car into Forte for blasting music, then visits the prison beneath the A-City headquarters. When Apollo briefly corners Tatsumaki, Lily joins Mountain Ape and Eyelashes in a doomed rush at him; his hurled rock does no real harm but buys Tatsumaki the moment she needs. Afterward Tatsumaki bluntly tells the group that Fubuki has outgrown them, and when they refuse to walk away, only Saitama's intervention keeps the peace. Lily insists she will grow stronger and keep serving her boss, earning a stern warning that any harm to Fubuki will never be forgiven.

Away from the main story, Lily takes a supermarket job and works nights so the Blizzard Group can afford a car, and she is stunned to learn Fubuki raised the rest through bounty hunting rather than shady dealings. She is also among those flattened by King during Fubuki's recruitment contest. An OVA shows Fubuki rescuing her from a Seafolk's acid after a reckless attack, the moment that leads Lily to start calling her "Boss Fubuki." In combat she relies on a blue three-section staff, the weapon behind her title, Lily of the Three Section Staff, and Fubuki has drilled her in a single psychic move, Psychic Binding, meant to pin down another esper, though her first attempt against Tatsumaki flopped badly. Murata has placed her age at fourteen.
