Locust Man is a B-Class professional hero of the Hero Association who later joins the Neo Heroes, appearing only in the webcomic and defined by his insect motif and nimble agility. Alongside Heat Edge and Poison Punch he faces Mastiking's underlings, and after joining the Neo Heroes he falls under enemy control before Suiryu puts him down.
Locust Man wears a snug bodysuit and sports a pair of antennae rising from the top of his head.
Together with fellow heroes Heat Edge and Poison Punch, Locust Man faces off against the underlings of Mastiking, a Dragon-level monster holed up atop a building. A band of Neo Heroes sweeps in and clears out the minions while Blue handles Mastiking directly, a display that leaves the trio impressed. Sometime later, having joined the Neo Heroes and donned a battle suit, Locust Man falls under enemy control and attacks Chanbara Man alongside the same two heroes, only for a nearby Suiryu to put all of them down in short order.
His acceptance into the Hero Association at B-Class marks him as considerably tougher than a normal person. His standout trait is enhanced agility, which lets him weave nimbly around several low-level monsters attacking at once.
