Shooter

Shooter drapes himself in loose, oversized garments and a blue-and-black outfit, with blonde hair and blue eyes. His hairstyle is his signature quirk: the front is teased into the shape of a drawn bow while an arrow-like pin juts through the bun at the back.

The manga reveals little about what drives Shooter. He takes clear pleasure in fighting through archery and does not hesitate to put down anything he considers a danger to humankind.

As a B-Class hero Shooter carries respectable skill, but sitting third from the bottom of his class marks him as no powerhouse. His weapon of choice is a bow paired with poison-tipped arrows. His Enhanced Strength lets him loose volley after volley without tiring, and his quickness and reflexes allow him to nock and fire in rapid succession. His combat method leans on venom rather than raw force: the toxin needs about two minutes to lock up a target, so he wears foes down until the paralysis sets in and then finishes them. His signature move, Arrow Rain, launches a cloud of shafts skyward that rain down on whoever stands below. During the coordinated strike on Garou he put two arrows into the Hero Hunter, but after Garou raised Wild Horn as a living shield against Arrow Rain and then snatched the boulders Glasses hurled at him and flung them back at blistering speed, Shooter was knocked out cold. He later appeared among the heroes gathered in the ruined Z-City Ghost Town to debate Garou's fate before King cut in, and turned up again at the A-City headquarters investigating the lower floors after Tatsumaki's clash with Apollo.
