The TV Junkyard Monster was an OVA-exclusive Mysterious Being pieced together from scrap outside Smelly Lid Prison. It barely got to move before Puri-Puri Prisoner broke out of his cell and destroyed it with one blow.
The creature was assembled entirely from the discarded junk and metal of the scrapyard that birthed it. Its most distinctive feature was the head, a battered old television set perched atop its cobbled together body.
Almost nothing came to light about how the monster thought or behaved, as it was cut down long before any real character could emerge.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
The monster took shape in the junkyard beside Smelly Lid Prison during a dark, storm lashed night, letting out a scream before wandering off into the gloom. Its rampage soon reached the news, which Puri-Puri Prisoner happened to catch from inside his cell. Noting how conveniently close the trouble was to the prison, he resolved to deal with it himself. He broke free of his confinement and, without any buildup, obliterated the TV Junkyard Monster with a single punch. In its final moment the creature merely raised its gaze toward the S-Class hero, betraying no emotion at all. Because it fell so quickly, its true strength and disaster level were never established.
