Appearance
The Great Degenerate has dark hair and a pair of scars set above each of his eyes. A mask covers his nose and mouth, and a plate of body armor is fitted across his chest.
Personality
Not much of his character is spelled out, but he clearly resents the ridiculous hero name the Association pinned on him, going so far as to organize and back protests to make his frustration heard.
History
As a member of the Hero Name Victims Association, the Great Degenerate turned up at the Association's A-City headquarters, where the group drafted Saitama by pointing to his name as the silliest in A-Class. The heroes later reconvened, handed Saitama a protest sign, and marched toward the edge of A-City, only for their demonstration to be cut short by an alarm flagging five Dragon-level monsters at once. When the robot Mirror struck the headquarters, the Great Degenerate and his fellow malcontents charged in ahead of Saitama and were swiftly beaten back, forcing a retreat; Saitama then arrived, took offense at being addressed by his hero name, and dropped Mirror with one punch as the Degenerate looked on. In combat he fights with detachable arms that can fly on their own, letting him strike foes from a distance without closing in.
