Volten is a lightning-throwing martial artist known as the Super Conductor Body and the user of the Thunder Thunder Fist. Struck by lightning as a boy, he later swallows a monster cell from Gouketsu in a bid for more power, joins the Monster Association, and is still crushed by Suiryu.
In his human days Volten cuts a gaunt figure, hollowed cheeks framing round eyes rimmed with dark markings and black hair combed flat against his skull. He favors a high-collared olive outfit fastened by ornate golden buttons. Monsterization remakes him: his hair jolts upward and lightens, electricity crackles across his frame, and his face warps into a fiendish grin, leaving him resembling a Raiju.
A lightning strike in childhood rewired Volten into a gifted electric fighter. A regular at the C-City Super Fight tournament, he enters for a fourth time, and watching Suiryu dismantle Lightning Max leaves him shaken by the newcomer's power. Volten takes his opening bout against Bazuzu and edges past Gatlin in the following round despite picking up minor injuries, only for Suiryu to end their semifinal in three seconds with one kick. Desperate to close the gap, he eats a monster cell handed to him by Gouketsu and becomes a monster, joining the Monster Association. The upgrade changes nothing against Suiryu, who finishes him at once by swinging Benpatsu's body at him like a hammer pounding in a nail.
Volten's true ceiling is hard to gauge, though he handles fellow martial artists with ease, meeting real resistance only from Gatlin. His body is described as a super conductor, letting him run electricity through his blows, and his signature Thunder Thunder Fist delivers a shock with every hit. Turning monstrous sharpens all of it, driving his electrical output far higher and upgrading the move into the Super Thunder Thunder Fist. He also stands out as the only known martial artist whose gifts stretch past sheer strength and agility into elemental power.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
