History

As a low-ranking C-Class member, Water Gun is not counted among the strong heroes, and his actual combat ability has never been put on display. He first appears when Saitama, sweeping the city for stray monsters, comes across him beaten and slumped near the wreckage of another fight; Water Gun explains that he somehow survived, that the monsters who thrashed him had left half an hour earlier, and that his calls for help went unanswered. He later joins the crowd of heroes at the ruined Z-City ghost town after Tatsumaki caves in the Monster Association base, where the argument over what to do with the depowered Garou is cut short by King.
