Child Emperor deploys his Underdog Man No. 22 robot to study the paralytic venom of the monster Eyesight, hoping to synthesize a cure, then detonates the machine beside her, though her hardened skin saves her. When Eyesight tracks him down, Pig God, the tenth-ranked S-Class hero, swallows her whole and moves on to hunt the rest of the monsters in Y-City. Garou sets out for Watchdog Man, the twelfth-ranked S-Class hero, but a monster reaches the hero first, and Drive Knight, ranked ninth, questions a survivor he deliberately left alive. Death Gatling rallies fellow heroes against Hundred-Eyes Octopus, only for Flashy Flash, ranked thirteenth, to shred it with blinding speed. Just as Flash readies a finishing move, Tatsumaki, ranked second, drops in and slays the octopus effortlessly, scolding him for being sluggish before he fires an insult right back.

Sweet Mask cuts down monsters at his concert while Mumen Rider and Tanktop Master clear the hospital. Atomic Samurai convenes with the Council of Swordmasters, Nichirin, Amahare, Zanbai, and Haragiri, to weigh the Garou threat. Haragiri reveals his defection to the Monster Association and offers three monster cells that grant power at the price of one's humanity. When he tries to assassinate Atomic Samurai on the Association's orders, Atomic Samurai cuts him down and departs with his pupils Bushidrill, Iaian, and Okamaitachi to locate the enemy base. In the Super Fight final, Saitama, having dispatched Sour Face and Choze, squares off against Suiryu. Mid-bout, Suiryu preaches that heroism is dull and pointless and urges Saitama to chase thrills instead, then kicks him in the head. Saitama lets the blow land, losing his wig, and answers with a restrained short punch whose shock wave tears off Suiryu's clothes and leaves him stunned. Disqualified but unbothered, Saitama shrugs off Suiryu's furious Void Phoenix Ascension Fist, muses that martial arts are just techniques that look cool, and sends the champion crashing into a wall, accidentally dropping his own pants in the process. The tag scene shows Genos waking amid the wreckage as Gouketsu marches toward the arena.

Pig God devours Eyesight, and Tatsumaki upstages Flashy Flash by finishing Hundred-Eyes Octopus. Haragiri's betrayal is uncovered and Atomic Samurai kills him, then leads his disciples toward the Monster Association base. Saitama wins the tournament final in substance by overpowering Suiryu, though his exposed disguise and the restrained blow leave him technically disqualified. Genos revives just as the Dragon-level Gouketsu closes in on the tournament grounds.

Carrying the title The S-Class Heroes, this Super Fight Arc chapter adapts material from chapters 67 through 71 and the Star omake. It premiered in Japan on May 21, 2019, and reached English audiences on November 23, 2019, using Seijaku no Apostle and Chizu ga Nakute mo Modoru Kara as its bookend themes. Among the adaptation's changes, Garou's approach to Watchdog Man is added and their fight is pushed to the following episode, the swordsman disciples' conversation is dropped, and Gouketsu's threat-level readout is moved to his walk toward the stadium.
