Localized by Viz as the Assassination Association, this coalition unites the deadliest hired killers on the planet. Its members share a single principle: no target is off-limits provided the fee is right.

The organization operates by joining forces to take down whoever they are paid to eliminate. Among the marks handed to its ranks was the ninja hero Flashy Flash.

The coalition functions as a for-profit killing network, coordinating its assassins against assigned victims. That business model backfired badly in its dealings with Flashy Flash, whose contract proved a death sentence for the killers rather than for him.

Little is confirmed about the roster beyond the fact that the group was directed by several commanders, all of whom are now dead. During the Monster Association Arc, after a pair of foes claimed the coalition's leadership had hired them, Flashy Flash revealed to Gale Wind and Hellfire Flame that every high-ranking member ever sent to kill him had instead been slain by his own hand, their corpses left resting on the ocean floor.
