Child Emperor built this device to serve two roles at once, acting as both a locator beacon and a field radio. He hands one to each of the core members chosen for the raid on the Monster Association stronghold, so the team can stay coordinated deep inside hostile territory.

Every unit ships with a preloaded map of the enemy's headquarters, and Child Emperor includes a printed manual so its holder knows how to operate it. From his own wrist device he can watch the placement of every distributed locator in real time.

The gadget's first purpose is emergency contact, giving scattered heroes a wireless line to one another when a situation turns dangerous. Its second purpose is navigation and oversight, pairing each holder's live position with the built-in floor plan of the Monster Association Headquarters. Because Child Emperor monitors all of the signals from his watch, the tool doubles as a command aid that lets him keep tabs on the whole strike force at once.

The devices went to the leading figures of the invasion, with mixed fates. Atomic Samurai, Child Emperor, King, Pig God, Puri-Puri Prisoner, Superalloy Darkshine, Sweet Mask, and Tatsumaki all retained theirs through the operation. Two were lost in combat: Flashy Flash dropped his while fighting Gale Wind and Hellfire Flame, and Zombieman lost his during the clash with Homeless Emperor.
