Summary

A beaten Gyoro Gyoro uses its floating eyes to hunt for Orochi and, sensing the Monster King is gone, searches for whoever is to blame. It fixes on King and gives chase as he flees, but Saitama steps up from behind and smashes the drone. Turning its attention to Tatsumaki, who is too endangered to spare thought for anyone else, the creature begs for mercy. Reading it as nothing more than a meat puppet, she orders the true operator to surface and apologize. Gyoro Gyoro answers by raising the eyes she had torn loose and blasting psychic beams at her, all of which she brushes aside. Impressed by the refined technique, she asks who trained it, then wrenches the real body free and recognizes her as a friend of Fubuki.

Meanwhile, Fubuki halts mid-corridor alongside Bang and Bomb, sensing her sister nearby pouring out enormous psychic power. She notes how uncommon it is for Tatsumaki to strain herself, prompting the two masters to brace for tougher foes. King, having split off from the group, wanders alone and steadies his nerves by imagining himself as a harmless microbe. A voice calls his name: the hostage Waganma, claiming a monster is after him and demanding King finish it and carry him out. When the King Engine starts thundering, King refuses to shield him no matter how endearing the act, at which point Waganma is exposed as a shapeshifting monster that, believing its disguise blown, drops dead from sheer terror. King, rattled, resolves to find Saitama. Elsewhere, Do-S runs into Fubuki, Bang, and Bomb.
