The twelfth chapter, Paradise Group, introduces Hammerhead's bald terrorists as they blunder toward Zeniru's mansion, run over Mumen Rider, and draw both Saitama and Speed-o'-Sound Sonic into the mess.
Hammerhead, who heads the Paradise Group, delivers a rant about how labor is a curse and only the willing should ever have to work. When a follower points out that nobody is listening, he decides to prove their resolve by flattening the home of the tycoon Zeniru. Wearing stolen battle suits, the gang demolishes a skyscraper in a single strike, only to learn from one henchman that they hit the wrong building and Zeniru's mansion lies further up the road. As they set off again, the hero Mumen Rider appears to stop them and is swiftly beaten.
The scene cuts to Saitama jolting awake from a strange dream. Flipping on his television, he catches a news segment about Hammerhead and the Paradise Group and pays it no mind while brushing his teeth, until the broadcast notes that the whole gang is bald and warns citizens to beware bald men on the streets. Suddenly invested, Saitama races off to intervene. As the group storms toward Zeniru's estate, the millionaire prepares to flee, but his bodyguard Speed-o'-Sound Sonic appears at his window and promises to handle the terrorists. When the Paradise Group reaches the mansion grounds, Hammerhead halts them partway up the path, and Sonic materializes before them with a death threat. Meanwhile, Saitama grows increasingly annoyed at being mistaken for one of the bald raiders during his own search.
Hammerhead rallies the Paradise Group and levels the wrong skyscraper before heading for Zeniru's mansion. Mumen Rider tries to intervene and is defeated. A TV warning about bald men sends Saitama rushing out, where he is repeatedly mistaken for a gang member. Speed-o'-Sound Sonic reveals himself as Zeniru's bodyguard and confronts the terrorists.
