Summary
Bang, Bomb, and Fubuki, who had been left out of the operation, reach the S-Class heroes on the surface. Since most of them had no idea the three were involved, Atomic Samurai presses Child Emperor for an explanation. Once everything is sorted out, Bang pardons Child Emperor, and Fubuki begs the heroes to help her sister Tatsumaki, who is slipping into unconsciousness.
As Drive Knight and Genos shield the fainted Tatsumaki from Psykos, she drifts back to a memory from eighteen years earlier at a research facility. A monster had run wild inside while she sat locked in her cell with no way out. Blast freed her, saw her gift at once, and urged the young girl to use her powers to keep her family safe. In the present, Tatsumaki comes to and throws herself back into the fight.
