King is overjoyed that Saitama has finally shown up, while Flashy Flash scans the wreckage and assumes the other heroes have fallen. Saitama hurries to a broken Genos, worried he was mauled by Garou, but the cyborg clarifies a Monster Association member did the damage. Garou, only now returning to his senses, cannot make sense of his altered body and remembers little beyond dreams of training under Bang.

Flashy Flash launches a kick that Garou barely slips, then demands to know if he is the Monster King. Garou denies any bond with the association and gives his name, only for Platinum Sperm to crash in, scolding him for lacking the nerve to side with the monsters. Undeterred, Flash and Garou throw themselves into a blistering three-way clash with the fusion.

Nearby, a tearful King thanks Genos for shielding Tatsumaki, and Saitama adds his own praise. Genos confesses he can no longer detonate himself in a crisis and asks whether he has improved, to which Saitama answers that simply surviving proves it. Their fight lights up the sky, mistaken by onlookers for esper work. When Platinum Sperm proposes teaming against the weakened Flash, Garou fakes agreement, sucker-punches him, and unveils his Monster Calamity God Slayer Fist, overwhelming both. Far below, a shrine of fleshy growths hides a centipede silhouette, and out at sea gigantic eyes rise to capsize the carrier Gotz Okkie.

Saitama reunites with Genos, King, and the surface heroes. Garou awakens confused in his new form and refuses any tie to the Monster Association before dueling Flashy Flash and Platinum Sperm. Genos reveals he can no longer self-destruct. Garou debuts the Monster Calamity God Slayer Fist, and a massive creature emerging beneath the Gotz Okkie flips the aircraft carrier.

This entry uses the online serialization numbering and carries the title Results. It released on December 18, 2021, sits within the Monster Association Arc, and partly adapts webcomic chapter 83. Saitama and Garou share the cover.
