The fight between Garou, Flashy Flash, and Platinum Sperm reaches its peak. Flash, stunned to have met four beings faster than himself in a single day, is finally overpowered by Platinum Sperm. The two remaining fighters trade an entire flurry within 1.3 milliseconds until Garou hurls the fusion into the ground. When Platinum Sperm rises to mock him, the Hero Hunter passes straight through the monster and detonates him into fragments.

Meanwhile, a false God wearing Blast's face tries to lure Tatsumaki into accepting its power. Remembering the real Blast's caution against expecting a rescuer, she sees through the disguise and demands its true identity, and the frustrated entity withdraws. Moments later, the genuine Blast teleports in, impressed by her resilience, and she smiles with her eyes shut. Saitama, carrying a wounded Puri-Puri Prisoner, greets him too, astonishing King and Genos. Blast reveals he has been fighting the thing elsewhere, orders King to guard Tatsumaki, and steps through a portal that shows several allies waiting, insisting he does not fight alone.

A violent quake then splits the earth where Tatsumaki once struck Orochi, and Sage Centipede surfaces, naming itself the Incarnation of Father Earth and vowing to destroy the fist that opposes God. As Evil Natural Water swells into Evil Ocean Water, the Incarnation of Mother Ocean, the pair promise joint annihilation, and Garou immediately leaps in to strike the centipede's head.

Platinum Sperm defeats Flashy Flash but is then destroyed by Garou. Tatsumaki refuses the imitation God, and Blast arrives to praise her and assign King as her protector, revealing he fights alongside hidden allies. Sage Centipede erupts from the ground and Evil Natural Water transforms into Evil Ocean Water, both declaring total destruction, prompting Garou to attack Sage Centipede.

Carrying online numbering and the title Divine Retribution, this chapter released on January 14, 2022 and partly adapts webcomic chapter 81. Its cover features Saitama, Garou, Flashy Flash, and Platinum Sperm. At launch it mistakenly ran only 45 pages; Murata added the missing pages on January 17, bringing it to 49.
