Summary
The tangled three-way brawl between Garou, Flashy Flash, and Platinum Sperm reaches its close. Flash, badly outmatched, reels at the realization that a single day has thrown four opponents at him who all outpace the speed he once thought unbeatable. Try as he might to slip between the other two, he is finally struck down by Platinum Sperm.
The last two combatants blur through a storm of blows lasting barely more than a millisecond before Garou drives Platinum Sperm into the earth. When his rival springs back up to jeer, the Hero Hunter simply phases through him and lands a killing strike that bursts him apart.
Key Events
Away from the fighting, Tatsumaki faces an apparition wearing Blast's face, a lure meant to coax her into taking God's gift of power. Remembering the real Blast's warning never to wait on a rescuer, she sees through the disguise and demands to know what the thing truly is. Unable to fool her, the false Blast melts away in irritation.
Moments later the genuine Blast steps out of one of his portals, worried for Tatsumaki yet impressed that she held her ground. As he praises how far she has come, she quietly smiles. King is stunned by the sudden arrival, and a nearby Saitama, carrying a wounded Puri-Puri Prisoner, recognizes the top-ranked hero. Blast explains he has been fighting the entity elsewhere, entrusts Tatsumaki to King, and warns that he must go back. Through his portal a crowd of other figures is briefly visible as he notes he does not fight alone, then vanishes into another dimension.
A violent quake then splits the ground, and Sage Centipede rises from the pit Tatsumaki had earlier torn open while battling Orochi. Naming itself the Incarnation of Father Earth, it declares it was sent to destroy the Abominable Fist That Defies God. As the swelling Evil Ocean Water climbs from the sea, the creature christens it the Incarnation of Mother Ocean and promises they will bring ruin together. Garou answers by leaping up and cracking the monster across the head.

Titled Shinbatsu in Japanese and released by Viz as Divine Punishment, the chapter belongs to Volume 31 and adapts part of webcomic chapter 81. Saitama, Garou, Flashy Flash, and Platinum Sperm share the cover.
When it first went up online on January 14, 2022, the chapter ran only 45 pages because of a numbering error. Murata uploaded the four missing pages on January 17, bringing the total to 49.
