Chapter 174 (Online): Beauty

Riding a mountain road with her whole Blizzard Group, Fubuki tells Eyelashes only that she is off to meet someone and that a fight may break out. Over in R-City, a director asks Sweet Mask to advise a fresh seven-member idol act called the Soda Pop Boys, but the hero ignores them, transfixed by security footage of Saitama tearing through Bofoi's robots.

When Sweet Mask belittles the group, they bicker with him until a sudden, paralyzing chill silences them. He explains it as their instincts recoiling from how biologically unlike him they are, then flatly tells them they lack the beauty of raw power that Saitama possesses. Meanwhile, in his new apartment, Saitama greets his neighbors, fellow A-Class heroes Chain'n'toad, Butterfly DX, and Forte. Forte boasts of being the building's senior resident, though Saitama points out the place opened only two weeks ago.

The trio settle in to introduce themselves. Chain'n'toad turns out to be a martial artist who wears headgear to appeal to children, while Butterfly DX is dismayed that Saitama has never heard of him despite his fame. He suits up and rattles off his television credits, only to learn that Saitama's old apartment received only public broadcasts, limiting him to weather and disaster channels. Forte brags that he battles in rhythm to music, and Saitama's flat indifference so angers him that he challenges the bald hero to step outside.

The 174th chapter runs under the Psychic Sisters Arc and is titled Hana, which Viz renders as Special Something. It partly adapts webcomic chapter 96 along with chapter 97, and its cover spotlights Fubuki.
