Major Promotion is the 220th online chapter of One-Punch Man, part of the Neo Heroes Uprising Arc. Blue writes off the Hero Association as corrupt, several heroes weigh defecting to the Neo Heroes, Black Sperm reflects on the shifting balance, and Saitama is approached to become an executive candidate.
Blue keeps hunting for Sweet Mask and thinks back on his run-in with Genos, who blocked him from chasing Saitama as Saitama carried Sweet Mask away. Genos maintained that Saitama acted of his own accord rather than on the Hero Association's orders, an explanation Blue found senseless; when Blue pressed for more, Genos simply walked off. In the present, Blue concludes that Association interference let Sweet Mask slip away, decides its leadership and heroes are rotten through and through, and dismisses any partnership with them before a monster sighting draws him out.
Inside the Association headquarters at the Superducks Coffee shop, Forte tells Chain'n'toad and Butterfly DX that the Neo Heroes have recruited him. The other two admit they received offers as well, and all three begin weighing a jump to the new organization. Watching from nearby, Black Sperm muses that the Association is still a fledgling body already being shoved aside by a rival, and that heroes ought to cooperate rather than compete. He decides the Monster Association assault served a purpose after all. He briefly wonders whether the Neo Heroes pose a threat, then waves the thought away, viewing humans as a fragile species, a mass of ants that cannot fell a great beast.
He reasons further that the Association was itself unsettling for recklessly unleashing forces as destructive as Tatsumaki and Saitama, whereas the Neo Heroes come across as courteous and restrained. Weakening the Association, he figures, is a clear advantage, and this new group might ease the strain on a stressed humanity for a while. Right then Saitama returns carrying dog food he bought for Overgrown Rover, and moments later a cluster of shadowy figures approach to recruit him as a candidate for an executive post.
Blue recalls Genos blocking his pursuit of Saitama and Sweet Mask, then writes off any cooperation with the Hero Association. Forte, Chain'n'toad, and Butterfly DX consider defecting to the Neo Heroes. Black Sperm reflects on the rivalry between the two organizations. Saitama returns with dog food and is approached by shadowy figures to become an executive candidate.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
