The samurai moves on and notices Flashy Flash doing likewise, whose speed leaves Shadow Ring stunned. Superalloy Darkshine flattens monsters just by charging through them, Pig God devours one whole, and Puri-Puri Prisoner smashes another apart. Tatsumaki descends carrying what remains of Evil Eye, and when it stubbornly clings to shape, she erases it entirely.

Overhead, Child Emperor slices Gyoro Gyoro's drone in two. The mastermind, already satisfied by what the fight revealed though wishing he had seen King in action, has worked something out. Its focus turns to a group of approaching figures, one of them irritated at being called away just as he was ready for carnage. The short black creature demands to know why Orochi, Nyan, a rotund monster, a scruffy man wearing a crown, and a grotesque beast have all been summoned together.

Titled The Decision Is?, this Volume 21 chapter of the Monster Association Arc released on August 10, 2018, sharing its cover with Gyoro Gyoro and Rhino Wrestler. It has no webcomic equivalent and was adapted in Episode 31. A volume bonus page shows Saitama standing with arms crossed in his usual easygoing pose.
