Brigadier General Fox ranks among Central Command's senior officers and among its most corrupt. Aware of the homunculi's scheme, he trades the lives of ordinary Amestrians for a promised shot at immortality, an ambition that ends violently on the Promised Day.
Fox is a high-ranking military man of Amestris whose looks the story barely dwells on. What little is noted concerns his hair, whose color and styling call to mind that of the swindler Yoki.
Fox embodies the rot festering at the top of Central Command. He knows of the conspiracy driven by Father and the homunculi, and he feels no hesitation about feeding his own countrymen into it if doing so buys him eternal life. Beneath that ambition runs a streak of cowardly cunning, which shows itself the moment the fighting finally reaches him.
As one of the more powerful figures in the state military, Fox holds a privileged seat within Central Command and shares in its secret alliance with the homunculi. When the Promised Day comes and the Briggs troops launch their assault on Central City, he tries to force General Armstrong to give up her plans, leveling a gun at her. She answers by running her sword through his wrist and taking him prisoner, later driving the blade into his foot to keep him compliant. Even as a hostage he manages to order his men to seal every entrance to the central command center. His usefulness runs out soon after, when Sloth bursts up through the floor and kills him.
Fox is a Brigadier General in the Amestrian military and one of the corrupt senior officers stationed at Central Command. He knows about the homunculi's secret plot and cooperates with it in exchange for a promise of immortality.
Fox was promised immortality by the homunculi in exchange for allowing them to sacrifice ordinary Amestrian citizens. He accepted the deal without hesitation despite the cost to his own countrymen.
When the Briggs troops storm Central City on the Promised Day, Fox tries to stop Major General Olivier Armstrong at gunpoint. She responds by running her sword through his wrist, taking him prisoner, and later stabbing his foot to keep him compliant.
After being taken hostage by Olivier Armstrong, Fox is killed when the homunculus Sloth bursts up through the floor and kills him. His death comes shortly after he orders his men to seal every entrance to Central Command.
Fox holds the rank of Brigadier General, making him one of the more powerful officers stationed at Central Command in Amestris.
