Dick
CharacterDick, called the Mountain Whale, is an East Blue bandit boss who leads the Dick Bandits and is sworn brother to the bandit Billy. In an anime flashback he raids a town only to be cut down by Roronoa Zoro.
Appearance
Dick is a heavy, bulky man with a sharply pointed nose and a black goatee, his spiky black hair splitting into three sections. He dressed in a red and dark-brown unitard cinched by a gray sash, over which he wore a safety-belt vest, with black sweatbands ringing his wrists and ankles.
Personality
Menacing and callous, Dick had no regard for those around him, ready to threaten a small child with death and to wreck a town's storehouses for plunder. The one exception to his indifference was his sworn brother Billy, for whom he showed genuine concern, flying into a rage when he believed Johnny and Yosaku had been the ones to beat him.
Abilities
His 10,000,000 Berry bounty marked him as well above the East Blue average and therefore genuinely dangerous by local standards. He routed Johnny and Yosaku with casual slaps and kicks, never once needing to leave his spot. His weapon was a bazooka shaped like an oversized flintlock that produced powerful blasts, but it depended on a lit flame, so when Harry doused it with a bucket of water the weapon became useless. Against Zoro, however, none of this mattered, as the swordsman put him down with a single strike.
