Summary

In a remembered exchange, Kashima paints Sakamoto to Amane as a menace who takes pleasure in hurting passengers aboard trains, insisting his wife is cut from the same cloth and cannot be worked with. Aoi counters that Sakamoto only struck Kashima because he had claimed a priority seat meant for the disabled and refused to give it up when someone who needed it boarded. She pledges her backing to Amane despite knowing little of his circumstances or Kashima's, and cautions the boy that Kashima's group exploited her daughter Hana, urging him not to place his trust in them.

Kashima, for his part, holds that sweeping change demands sacrifice and dismisses Sakamoto as too stuck in old ways to grasp the larger goal. Amane challenges whether that logic now applies to the JCC and whether Kashima is abandoning his vow that nobody would be harmed. He warns that any injury to students or others will end his cooperation, no matter the stakes. Kashima brushes him off as merely a kid and hangs up, after which Club Jam works on Amane and talks him into finishing the job.

Club Jam handles the fallout. Over on Parent Day, the old woman finishes recounting the tale to Akira, Seba, and Shin, who then learn the security system is running again. As the students return to class, one loud man is told by his friend to settle down since he is disturbing the pupils, yet the same arrogant figure resolves to take over as their teacher. Word arrives of an intruder in lecture hall 12, and the old woman carries on with Sakamoto's history, bringing up a man called Inoue who once set out to wreck the school.

Key Events

A flashback lays out Kashima's manipulation of Amane and Aoi's rebuttal, framing the earlier train confrontation and warning Amane that Hana was used by Kashima's people. Amane draws a firm line against harming students, but Club Jam persuades him to complete the mission anyway. Back in the present, the school's security comes back online, the storytelling old woman finishes her account, and an intruder is flagged in lecture hall 12. The narration also introduces Inoue as a figure from Sakamoto's past who tried to destroy the school.

Notes

Yabuchi makes a debut here, and the segment weaves Amane's recruitment together with the ongoing framed narrative at the school.
