It surfaces only inside the printed Chibiusa's Picture Diary, during the first side story about a suspicious transfer student, and turns an everyday case of bad breath into a decisive blow.
Mechanics
The setup is pure comedy. After eating a garlic-heavy Korean dish that Makoto prepared, Chibiusa wakes the following morning with breath strong enough to sicken nearly everyone who comes close.
She turns that nuisance into a defense once she realizes a classmate named Lilica and her mother are secretly vampires. With Sorano and Kyuusuke already caught in Lilica's grip, Chibiusa breathes directly at the creature, and the reek of garlic knocks Lilica out cold.
Notable Users
Only Chibiusa performs the move, and only within that single printed chapter. When the side story was adapted into an anime special, the gag was reworked so the whole cast ends up with garlic breath after a Korean barbecue, and the Inner Sailor Guardians deliver the Sailor Special Garlic Attack instead. As a result, Chibiusa's solo version never reached the screen.
