Overview
Sailor Uranus commands this wind and sky technique across the printed Sailor Moon story, the Crystal adaptation, and the Sera Myu stage shows. The name borrows from the solar wind, the steady stream of charged particles that the Sun casts off, which carries its own churning, turbulent motion.
Mechanics
To fire it, Uranus builds a massive charge between her palms and then lets it loose as a run of energy beams. Its power has limits, however: the attack failed to hold back either Galactica Crunch or Galactica Tsunami. A darker variant known as Galactica Space Turbulence surfaces once Sailor Galaxia takes control of her.
Notable Users
Eternal Sailor Uranus is the sole owner of the technique. During Act 50 she paired it with Neptune's Submarine Violin Tide to blunt Sailor Iron Mouse's Galactica Crunch, yet the Animamate simply drank in the force. One act later she turned it on Sailor Aluminum Siren without result. On stage it shows up only in Le Mouvement Final, where she aims it at Sailor Galaxia.
