Pale violet skin and deep blue hair mark this Youma, who wears dark sleeves paired with long trousers. Clusters of packed snow ride on her wrists, shoulders, hips, and torso, and every clump except the pair at her chest carries a crude little face that can shift its expression. Her weapon of choice is a lance carved from a single icicle.

Before her transformation she is Saeko Yamamoto, a decorated athlete who claims victory at an event billed as the Moon Princess Contest. Kunzite reshapes her into a creature during the thirty-eighth episode, seizing the competition as bait to draw out and capture Sailor Moon. Hunting her quarry, the monster wrongly pegs Rei as the princess she seeks and swings her focus onto the shrine maiden instead, springing an ambush that buries Usagi and Rei beneath an avalanche.

Once she uncovers that the two are Guardians, she moves to finish them, only for Yuichiro to pull them clear. Endymion then blocks her killing strike, sparing the heroines a second time, and Sailor Moon at last purifies her with Moon Healing Escalation.

Calculating and quick-witted, the monster studies Sailor Moon's physical talent to decide whom to chase. Snow and ice bend to her will: she rolls a massive snowball to flatten the Guardians and litters the course with icy barriers. She can press loose powder into firm walls and slide them about by thought alone, and her exhaled breath locks anything it reaches in solid frost. Rounding out her arsenal is the sharpened icicle spear she carries into battle.
