Hell Destiny

As a faction, Hell Destiny is a patchwork rather than a uniform army. At its core stand disgruntled residents of Crystal Tokyo gathered by a shaman, with the Oppositio Senshi serving as its public face. Swelling the ranks are enemies pulled back from the dead, among them figures of the Dark Kingdom, the Black Moon Clan, and the Death Busters, alongside an assortment of Youma, Droids, and other creatures.

What binds the group together is shared bitterness toward the world they were born into. Their aim is to tamper with destiny and reshape history, trusting that a changed past will remake the future they resent, which is the very idea behind their name. To pad their numbers, they revive fallen villains and win them over by promising each a chance to escape the fate that once ended them.

The organization takes shape across Another Story under the Shaman Apsu, who draws in several citizens of Crystal Tokyo, one of them, Ishtar, swept up by mistake. Those recruits become the Oppositio Senshi under Anshar's command. As the game unfolds, Hell Destiny raises past foes back to life and turns them loose against the heroes, convincing each revived fighter that victory could rewrite their own destiny.
