History
Growing anxious after Higure stops returning his calls, he shows up at her apartment, only to be met by a woman acting nothing like herself. Under Nephrite's Youma, she knocks the flowers from his grasp and warns him to keep away until the dress contest is finished, or she will end their engagement. Usagi and Naru happen past and catch the whole exchange, and Usagi's suspicion that something is wrong drives her to slip into the contest and defeat Widow. With Higure restored to normal, the couple patches things up and weds. The DiC dub gave him the name Herbert.
