Her name plays on the words for costume and for child, a nod to how she changes shape according to whatever she puts on. Tiger's Eye dispatches her to stop Sailor Venus from interrupting his search through Sister Maria's dreams for Pegasus. Transformed into a kangaroo, she trades blows with Venus, and when Artemis claws Tiger's Eye she is turned loose on the cat, stuffing him into her pouch so he mirrors her every move and shares the pain she feels. After the rest of the Guardians arrive and Luna is struck, Artemis bites his way free of her.
