Manegin is a youma tied to the Dark Kingdom, appearing across the earliest Sailor Moon stage musicals and a Mega Drive game. Her name is a play on the word mannequin, and she goes after the guardians through disguise and trickery.
Manegin's name puns on the Japanese rendering of the word mannequin. On stage she does not show her true self at first, instead assuming the guise of the teacher Haruna Sakurada to slip in among the guardians.
She works through deception rather than brute force, posing as a familiar face and inviting the girls to join her on a getaway. The scheme only comes apart because Rei senses something wicked about her. She also commands a band of lesser youma she refers to as her Manegin Gundan.

Naruto vs Luffy with the twist nobody asked for: Luffy tickled Hinata on date night, and she kind of liked it. We break down the whole fight and commit to a winner....

There are no women on Namek. That isn't an oversight, it's the biology. Why we handed Piccolo the one thing his own species rules out, and why it had to be trap soul....
Her signature trick is inflicting an assortment of bodily ailments on her targets, saddling Minako with a stomachache and Ami with a pounding head, among other complaints. During her stage appearances she is undone once Rei exorcises the disguised figure, exposing the youma beneath.
Manegin also crossed into the Mega Drive title Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon, where she stands as the very first boss, waiting atop a shopping mall. There her arsenal shifts toward blinding speed and a breath laced with poison.
