Morga

Morga operates first behind the disguise of Mayumi Osaka, Naru's mother, hiding her monstrous nature entirely. Her real form is a grotesque, highly flexible creature: she can twist her neck a full 180 degrees, stretch her limbs to great lengths, and lashes out with sharply clawed hands.

As the opening season's first monster, Morga is tasked with collecting human energy to help revive Queen Metalia. Wearing the face of Naru's mother, she sells dark-charged jewelry at a steep discount from the family store, OSA-P, after ambushing the real Mayumi and locking her in the basement. When Naru presses her about the customers who keep collapsing after buying the jewelry, the disguised Morga tries to strangle the girl, then drops the act, revealing her true face in gruesome fashion and vowing to kill Naru and her mother both.

Sailor Moon arrives just in time as Morga continues throttling Naru and threatening her mother's life. In her monster form Morga wakes the drained humans to guard her, but Sailor Moon's wail sends Supersonic Waves out from her hair pieces, briefly stunning Morga and the crowd. That opening lets Sailor Moon finish her with Moon Tiara Action, after which everyone in the shop, Naru's mother included, revives convinced the whole ordeal was only a dream.

Morga's body is remarkably pliable, letting her spin her neck a full half-turn and extend her limbs to startling lengths as she strikes with clawed hands. She can float in the air and, most usefully, reanimate the people whose energy she has stolen, turning them into a mob to swarm Sailor Moon.
